Tema predavanja za nastavno osoblje i pedagoge škole bila je: "KAKO UNAPRIJEDITI NASTAVNI PROCES KORIŠTENJEM UVIDA NEURO ZNANOSTI"?

U interaktivnom druženju koje je trajalo dva časa, prezentirane su najnovije spoznaje neuroznanosti, psihologije i pedagogije koje nastavnici mogu dosta jednostavno da primijene u svakodnevnom radu i unaprijede proces predavanja i učenja. Atmosfera je upotpunjena i sa nekoliko kompozicija na gitari koje je odsvirao prof. Tatić.

Moć pozitivne retorike u nastavi i svakodnevnom životu mladih

Prof. Dr Kasim Tatić kao predavač održao je u Goraždu, 21. septembra 2023 jednodnevni seminar za profesore srednjih škola (Bosansko-podrinjski kanton/Goražde), pod nazivom  Moć pozitivne retorike u nastavi i svakodnevnom životu mladih, u organizaciji Fondacije Hanns Seidel Stiftung, Ministarstva obrazovanja i Pedagoškog zavoda Bosansko-podrinjskog kantona Goražde, a imao je za cilj osvješćivanje profesora o uticaju njihove komunikacije na učenike te razumijevanje kako pozitivna retorika može promicati i poticati bolje međuljudske odnose i školsku klimu.

 

Cilj je bio pomoći profesorima da prepoznaju i suzbiju govor mržnje i nasilni jezik u školskom okruženju te pružiti alate za promicanje pozitivnog komunikacijskog stila (model četiri uha/strane, model nenasilne komunikacije). Cilj je, takođe, bio skrenuti pažnju na važnost razvoja emocionalne inteligencije i kod nastavnog osoblja, i kod učenika,  kao i važnost koncepata fiksnog i razvojnog mentalnog sklopa).  Na ovaj način se stvara pozitivna školska klima koja potiče učenike na bolje učenje, saradnju, podržava njihov emocionalni razvoj.

Ova tema naglašava važnost pozitivne retorike u stvaranju harmoničnog školskog okruženja i može pružiti korisne alate za profesore, školsko osoblje i administraciju kako bi se nosili sa konfliktima i kako bi se unaprijedili međuljudski odnosi u školi. Cilj je istaknuti važnost pozitivne retorike u podršci različitim kulturama, jezicima i ličnim iskustvima učenika te poticati inkluzivno okruženje u školi.

Creativity as a skill

On 03.04.2014. at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo, the first training of this year's Students' educations training cycle, was held. Students from the University of Sarajevo had an opportunity to attend a very interesting theme - "Creativity as a skill". The aforementioned topic was presented by a respected Professor Kasim Tatic, who teaches at the Faculty of Economics, and is a member of the Association for development, creativity and environment.


 
The lecture attended over 180 students, most of which attended last year as well, which proves that this project is very well visited and useful for the students of Sarajevo University.


 

"3D modern education" Ph.D. Kasim Tatic

Kasim Tatic, Ph.D. was born on January 5, 1963. in Zenica. He has graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo in 1984. He has been awarded the Golden Badge of the University of Sarajevo, for the achieved results during his studies. As valedictorian, he has finished his postgraduate studies in 1991. at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, and his Ph.D. degree in 2000. at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo.

In the past 30 years as a teacher, researcher, manager and consultant, he has performed a wide range of jobs in various domestic and foreign institutions. By May 1995, he was the first executive director of the Fondeka, a foundation to promote sustainable development and quality of life. In the title of full professor, he works at the Economics Faculty in Sarajevo, where he teaches Microeconomics, Managerial Economics, Economy of knowledge and Economy of the environment, and is the Head of the Department of Microeconomics.

In September 2010, at the Faculty of Economics, he founded and was the head of the Creative Center for creative persons, called KRCKO, while today, he is a major expert in the Association of citizens, named AMAXIMUS - Association for the development, creativity and the environment.

Intellectual partying: The skills, not only the knowledge

AMAXIMUS - Association for the development, creativity and the environment organized "intellectual partying" on the theme "Creativity: skill, or a gift?" at the Cultural Center in Sarajevo (Jelićeva 1) on November 21st. The lecturer was the Professor Kasim Tatic, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo. On this occasion, we talked with this prominent professor.

AMAXIMUS – Association for the development, creativity and the environment has been established in September 2012. It currently has twenty experts from different fields: economics and management, psychology and pedagogy, computer science and the arts. It will soon publish the website of the association.

Many people are not even aware of the available potentials of their minds. If these potentials are not used appropriately, there are tremendous reductions of individual efficiency. All of this is reflected in the personal and professional life of a man. In our society, it has been neglected or not sufficiently observed the importance of personal development (understood as a real, balanced and comprehensive development of the individual, but also of the legal person, or economic or social organization), creative thinking, management, leadership and approaches to dealing with individual and organizational problems, their connection in terms of the necessary preconditions for the achievement of sustainable development (which more closely must contribute to achieving a balance among the four components: environmental, economic, social and cultural). All of this was the main reason and motive for the establishment of the Association for the development, creativity and environment, named AMAXIMUS, as an association of citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

„Scientific studies confirm the fact that the level of utilization of the mental potential of an average person is about 3-5 percent. Thereat, the right side of the brain is much less developed and almost unused, compared with relatively more developed and used the left side of the brain. Bearing in mind that the right side of the brain is responsible for emotion, imagination, intuition, systemic thinking, creativity, etc., it is clear that compliance with the requirements for expressing significant creativity, a high degree of emotional intelligence, the acceptance of a holistic approach in science, systemic thinking, that the modern business world sets before all of us, requires remedying the current imbalance in terms of significant development of the right side of the brain,“ said prof. Kasim Tatic, Ph.D., explaining that the aim of the Association is to encourage a large number of individuals and organizations to think about the necessity of a single, significantly innovated and modified approach of personal, organizational, communal and global development.

An awareness of the necessity of coordination of both sides of the brain is crucial, because only with the use of both sides, it is possible to reach the desired goal.

Kasim Tatic, Ph.D.: We need lateral thinking

We live in a time where information is rapidly shared and technologies change quickly. In such a world, changes are necessary, for both workers and employers. In order to improve this for all of us, we looked up for an answer from Kasim Tatic, Ph.D., an expert from Amaximus association.

Kasim Tatic, Ph.D. is the Head of the Department of Microeconomics at the University of Sarajevo and the expert of the Association for the development, creativity and environment – Amaximus. As the name of association suggests, the reason for its establishment is neglected or insufficiently identified importance of personal growth. The founders of the association stated that the need for its establishment arose from the fact that most people are not at all aware of their mental potentials, nor they use them appropriately. The average person, according to scientific research, uses only three to five percent of their mental potential.

Towards the end of 2014. Tatic has held one of its most recognizable and interesting lectures on the theme Changes: Opportunity or danger - the role and importance of change management, which was attended by directors of private companies, as well as students. It was a very interesting and unusual lecture, and wouldn't it be, when Tatic, wishing to better explain his main messages and recommendations to the listeners, wasn't afraid to take in hand guitar, and to play and sing a few of he Yugoslav pop rock hits.

DANI: Professor Tatic, the fact is that many people are afraid of changes in their professional life. Why are changes important?

Tatic: My basic message could be that the change is the essence of life. In a changing world, the only constant is change itself. Therefore, change is inevitable. The second message is that there are two types of changes, those induced outside the system of organization, to which you have to react or to adapt. Another type of change is the one that you induce, acting proactively, meaning that others have to adapt to your changes.

Bosnian association called AMAXIMUS – Association for development, creativity and environment, was founded in September 2012. It currently gathers twenty experts from different fields: economics and management, psychology and pedagogy, computer science and the arts. As the name of the association suggests, the main reason for the establishment of this association is the fact that importance of personal development is neglected or insufficiently identified. 
The aim of the Association is to actively promote to attendants, and develop all four types of intelligence (rational / intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual) and contribute to the development and acquisition of the five basic skills: learning, thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and communicating. Special emphasis is still on improving the ways in which participants think, introducing and using specific tools for acquiring operational skills of thinking.
